Łętowska Apteczka — Our Ancestors’ Medicine

Last weekend we held a herbal workshop called Łętowska Apteczka (Łętownia’s Medicine Chest). Together we explored the properties of local herbs, put together a summer medicine chest and tasted herbal infusions prepared both hot and cold. 🌿

Each participant also had the chance to make a natural insect and tick spray. 💪

Our village is surrounded by meadows, forests and fields full of nature’s precious gifts. Many plants we encounter every day have remarkable properties and can be used in home approaches to health and well-being.

Thank you to all the participants for coming, getting involved and creating such a wonderful atmosphere. ❤

We thank Dr Karolina from Pracownia Ziołowy Raj for sharing her knowledge, and everyone who helped organise the event.

Enjoy our photographs from the workshop!
